Exclude Gazidis and your left with Arsenal’s board consisting of OAP’s with a average age of 76 years so the chief executive is about to make changes.
Chairman Peter Hill-Wood is said to be considering his position due to ill-health after 51 years on the board, 31 in his current position.

“We know the suggestions around governance,” said Gazidis to a meeting of supporters groups at the Emirates on Monday night when asked if he had read a report by the Arsenal Supporters Trust that recommends changes at board level.
“It is not a secret that we have an ageing board that will need refreshing. The board acknowledges and understands that, and board succession is something we are looking and thinking about.(talkSport)
